| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: Site access and infrastructure improvement work is underway on the Chamonix property. In order to facilitate the future residential development on the property access to utilities such as water, sewer, natural gas, and electricity is necessary. The Chamonix Utility Easement Agreement with Holy Cross Energy is necessary to accommodate the installation and completion of the electric power system on the property.
