BACKGROUND: Staff received 2 bids for the 2019 Slurry Seal Project. The project is budgeted with the Capital Street Maintenance budget and is within the engineer’s estimate. Roads included in this year’s asphalt preventive maintenance project include Buffehr Creek Rd, Lions Ridge Loop. Sunburst Dr and Vail Valley Dr from Ptarmigan Rd to S Frontage Rd. The project is scheduled to be completed by June 21, 2019.
