| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: An update about the Global Friendship Exchange Program will be presented and will address a number of items, such as 1) renewal of Yamanouchi-machi agreements, 2) upcoming student & cultural exchange to Japan, 4) proposal for Taiko Drum Performance, and 4) re-activation update and possible visit to San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
