| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: The owner of a deed-restriction located at 2642 Kinnikinnick Court requested to release their restriction in accordance with Type II Employee Housing Unit
Restrictive Covenant recorded November 18, 1996, Reception No. 607579 section 7. Staff will record the approved mutual release upon "verification that the EHU use has been terminated and has been merged into the Primary Unit, and is no longer capable of being separately leased."
