BACKGROUND: The Vail Guest Experience Collaborative Advisory Committee has been working on a number of Vail guest experience initatives which will be presented. Programming addresses the following: 1) Community Guest Services Training, 2) Employee Engagement, and 3) Early-Season Guest Experience. The proposed programming has been developed in an effort to enhance the Town of Vail/Vail Mountain level of service and seamless guest experience.
