| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: Human Resources staff will present the Total Rewards Strategy which addresses the town's compensation and benefits package, employee experience and learning opportunities. The presentation will show how the town continues to create a "competitive" rewards package for recruiting and retaining employees.
