| | | | | | | | ACTION REQUESTED OF COUNCIL: Approve, approve with amendments or deny Resolution No. 36, Series 2019.

| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: To discourage the use of cigarettes, tobacco and nicotine products, this ballot question will ask voters to approve a special tax of $3 per pack of 20 cigarettes and 40% on the price paid of all other tobacco products in the regular election this November.
