| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: On October 1, 2019 the Town of Vail received objections to the Town of Vail Zoning Administrator’s Determination of standing made on or about September 23, 2019 regarding certain appeals of the Planning Environment Commission (the “PEC”) decision Approving Booth Heights Development Plan (PEC 19-0018). The Vail Town Code requires the Town Council to consider this matter at a meeting prior to the appeal hearings on the Booth Heights development project on October 15, 2019.
