| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: The applicant, Town of Vail, is requesting an update to the Vail Land Use Plan, specifically the Chamonix Master Plan and the Chamonix Land Use Category. The purpose of the amendments is to facilitate development on the future Chamonix Vail Community Parcel E.

| | | | | | | | STAFF RECOMMENDATION: On October 28, 2019, the Planning and Environmental Commission (PEC) forwarded a unanimous recommendation, for approval, an update to the Vail Land Use Plan, specifically the Chamonix Master Plan and the Chamonix Land Use Category.
