| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: The applicant, the Town of Vail, is proposing to rezone a portion of the West Vail Fire Station parcel from General Use (GU) to Housing (H) in order to facilitate the creation of a site for future development.

| | | | | | | | STAFF RECOMMENDATION: On October 28, 2019, the Planning and Environmental Commission (PEC) forwarded a unanimous recommendation, for approval, for a zone district boundary amendment, pursuant to Section 12-3-7, Amendment, Vail Town Code.
