| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: Construction of the Stephens Park Play Area Renovation project was put on hold in February due to high construction costs and limited contractor availability. COVID-19 related changes to contractor schedules have resulted in an opportunity to construct the project at a significantly reduced cost. See attached staff memorandum for detailed information.
