| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: In accordance with section 9.11 of the Vail Town Charter, an independent audit shall be made of all town accounts at least annually. The audit shall be conducted by certified public accountants and made available for public inspection. The 2019 audit was conducted by McMahan and Associates.
