| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: The Vail Town Council is inviting community members to offer public comment on a draft memorandum of understanding document that outlines a series of steps between the town, Vail Resorts and Triumph Development that will determine future ownership and use of the Booth Heights property in East Vail while addressing the community priorities of housing and wildlife protection.
