| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: On May 19, 2020 Town Council authorized the Town Manager and refinance team to proceed with a refunding of VRA Bonds Series 2010B. This presentation is to update Council on selection of a bank and financing terms prior to the closing date set for July 15.
