| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: The Town encourages and supports community events, because such events promote the public health, safety and welfare. The Vail Valley Foundation would produce an event in the Town on or about December 1 – January 15.

| | | | | | | | STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Town Manager to enter into an agreement with Vail Valley Foundation in an amount not to exceed $250,000 for the event Magic of Lights.
