| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: A Resolution further extending the term of the development plan approval for the Booth Heights Project to ensure there is adequate time for all parties to meet their respective goals related to implementation of an alternative housing site initiative which is a collaboration of the Town of Vail, Vail Resorts and Triumph Development. This progressive land-use planning and development effort is focused on creating positive impacts on a range of community priorities including the creation of additional deed-restricted housing, improvement of critical wildlife habitat and enhancement of childcare facilities in Vail.
