| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: In 2006 Vail Town Council passed Ordinance No. 20, Series of 2006 to protect and maintain wildlife in the Town of Vail and surrounding areas and to minimize the risk of dangerous interaction between humans and wildlife. Human refuse provides an abundant yet unhealthy supply of food for wildlife within the town constitutes a menace to property and to the health and welfare, peace and safety of the citizens of Vail. There will be an update on the enforcement of this ordinance.
