| | | | | | | | ACTION REQUESTED OF COUNCIL: Award construction contract for the Children's Garden of Learning Relocation Project

| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: After receiving no bids for the Children's Garden of Learning Relocation Project, the Town Council directed staff to work with MW Golden to negotiate a final contract price for the project. MW Golden would act as the General Contractor for the project, coordinating and working with Palomar Modular Buildings who were previously awarded the modular construction portion of the project.
