| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: The purpose of this memorandum is to propose policy changes for consideration based on the information gathered by RRC Associates and Economic & Planning Systems Inc. (EPS) during their comprehensive study of the Vail short-term rental (STR) market and provide an opportunity for Council to consider future regulations of STRs.
