| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: The purpose of this memorandum is to revisit policy changes recommended for consideration at the March 15th presentation of the short-term rental study. These recommendations we based on feedback heard during the short-term rental study conducted by RRC Associates and Economic & Planning Systems Inc.
