| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: The Colorado General Assembly recently passed, and the Governor recently signed into law, House Bill 18-1023 and House Bill 18-1025, which will move sections of Title 12 of Colorado Revised States into a new Title 44, effective October 1, 2018 and the Town Council wishes to update the Vail Town Code accordingly.
