| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: Creating a 5' non-combustible zone (Fire Free Five) around a building is one of the most important actions that can be taken to reduce the risk of structural loss due to wildland fire. Town Council directed staff to establish a program to help offset the cost associated with creating a 5' non-combustible zone around structures.
