| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: The purpose of this item is to provide background regarding the opportunity to receive three new boilers for which the town would be responsible for installation and to award a contract for the installation of the three new boilers at Vail Village snowmelt boiler system.

| | | | | | | | STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Town Manager to enter into an agreement, in a form approved by the Town Attorney, with American Mechanical Systems for the installation of three boilers at the Vail Village boiler plant, in the amount of, and not to exceed, $ 218,000.
