| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: There are 4 separate appeals of a decision of the Design Review Board (the "DRB"), all of which are scheduled to be heard by the Town Council at a single hearing on July 5, 2022. Pursuant to Vail Town Code § 12-3-3(F), the Town Council is authorized to adopt rules of procedure for appeal hearings.
