| | | | | | | | ACTION REQUESTED OF COUNCIL: Provide input to the staff with regards to extending the service the remainder of summer 2017. Provide input to staff in preparing the 2018 budget to include for council review.

| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: The town council directed staff on the initial approval of the expanded summer transit service trial, to return, mid-d summer to provide an update on the usage.

| | | | | | | | | STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends: 1) further discussing whether to extend the enhanced summer transit service pilot program for additional six weeks from the end of September to the beginning of ski season at a cost of $25,000; and 2) to direct staff to continue the enhanced summer bus service in preparation of the 2018 budget for the 24 week period.
