| | | | | | | | ACTION REQUESTED OF COUNCIL: Approve Resolution No. 25, Series 2017

| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: The town has partnered with the Eagle County School District for the construction of a four-level, 160 space parking garage at Red Sandstone Elementary School. This Resolution authorizes the Town Manager to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the district for the development of the structure.
