| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: On July 11, 2017 the Town of Vail adopted an amendment to Title 12 of the Vail Town Code to add a new Chapter 26, Transportation Impact Fee. In order to implement this fee the Town Council must approve a Transportation Impact Fee Schedule by Resolution.
