| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: The purpose of this presentation is to share a report on the ongoing progress of the Chamonix Vail Neighborhood development. The Chamonix Vail development is progressing ahead of schedule and on budget. More than 1/2 of the 32 new townhomes are completed and currently being occupied by new Vail residents and their families. All of the homes will be closed and occupied by April 30th. The development is scheduled to be 100% on or before June 18, 2018 when the final step in construction, the landscape work, is completed.
