| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: The current Municipal Code detailing Air Pollution Control and the specifications for solid-fuel burning devices (wood burning stoves) is out of date and does not accurately reflect the current Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). The proposed ordinance will ensure that the Vail Town Code aligns with these state and national air quality standards.
