This request is in specific reference to a policy amendment proposed which would allow developers to propose to meet inclusionary zoning and commercial linkage obligations out of the town for consideration. Vail Health has submitted a request to amend the Town's policy limiting mitigation methods for inclusionary zoning and commercial linkage to only in the Town of Vail. The applicant believes circumstances have changed since the adoption of the policy which warrant further consideration. | | | |
